Finally, I had a little bit of time over the weekend to get an album up. Work is really eating up my time, but I guess that’s my first priority so everything else must wait, including this. I’m disappointed that I couldn’t keep up with one photo a day for even a month, but I’m going to keep trying when I can.

Until now, I’ve been taking photos without any kind of style or subject matter in mind. I wanted to get used to the camera, improve with it technically, and just mess around. But I’ve been photoshopping the life out of every picture and it shows. I think it’s about time I stop retouching everything, and keep the photos in their original state. It’s been fun and I had some interesting results, but in the end there’s nothing left to keep. From now on, I’m going to try to keep the integrity of the photograph the top priority.
